Customer service goes way beyond a smile and answering the phone by the second ring. Understanding customer expectations in a fast-changing environment is critical to your business success. This interactive session will explore case studies and offer participants a chance to handle difficult scenarios. This training is a great refresher for small business owners and a perfect fit for all front-line or seasonal employees.
This workshop will be conducted online using ZOOM Meeting. Prior to the start of the workshop, you will be emailed instructions for logging into the meeting. If you opt to call in to the number provided, you will be unable to “see” all the features, but will be able to hear the webinar. If possible, we encourage you to take full advantage of the interactive training by using the link provided in the registration confirmation email you will receive prior to the training to join us "in person" using your phone or computer's camera.

Presenter Jack Hedrick-Lightfoot
Jack is the President and Founder of Unboxed Training Solutions. Unboxed is a leadership consulting and training firm dedicated to helping people excel (22,418 to be exact)! Jack is passionate about helping all people achieve their goals. He grew up in poverty, divorce, living in rural America and understands the importance of education and goal setting. He holds a Master’s Degree from Oklahoma State University in Teaching, Learning, and Leadership.
Jack graduated with only 37 students in his high school class. He went on to flunk out of college, become a teacher, and then finish his Master’s Degree. He can offer many stories of what NOT to do and he does believe that sometimes the worst students make the best teachers. He believes in the great quote, “I am who I am because I believe in possibilities.”
